All orders are processed based on supplier verification, brand authorization, and product availability.
Because of the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly supplied.
- The order was canceled before shipment or processing.
- A verified supplier or brand partner issued a credit or return authorization that applies to your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- You must provide proof of purchase, order number, and photographic evidence (if applicable).
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved by HODHOD LLC before shipment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.
- Special-order or custom-branded products.
- Downloadable or digital materials.
- Orders placed with incorrect customer or business details.
- Any third-party costs (e.g., shipping, customs, or handling fees) unless proven to be an error on our part.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item or approval confirmation.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once your order has been packed, labeled, or transferred to logistics, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
